Distance Sales Agreement – Detailed

This agreement regulates the online sales between the buyer and the seller. By placing an order, the buyer accepts the following terms:

1. Parties

2. Subject

This agreement covers the terms regarding the sale and delivery of products purchased through the seller’s website.

3. Product Information

Details such as product type, model, color, and price are indicated in the order form.

4. Delivery

  • The seller ships the product within 2–5 business days depending on stock.

  • If a delay occurs, the buyer will be informed.

  • Delivery time may vary by shipping company.

5. Payment

  • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or online payment systems.

  • The order is confirmed once payment is received.

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason.

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to used items.

7. Return Procedure

  • After the withdrawal notice, the product must be sent back to the seller.

  • Refund is issued after product inspection.

8. Responsibilities

  • The seller must deliver the product complete and free of defects.
