Original tags must remain attached.

The item must be in resellable condition.

For hygiene reasons, used hats cannot be returned.
3. Exchange Conditions

Exchanges can be made if the same product is in stock.

If not available, a refund will be processed.
4. Return Process

After we approve your request, you must ship the product to the provided address.

Once the product is received, it undergoes inspection.

Refunds are issued within 2–10 business days after approval.
5. Shipping Fees

If the product is defective or incorrect, shipping costs are covered by us.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
6. Damaged Items
