Return & Exchange Policy – Detailed

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused.

  • Original tags must remain attached.

  • The item must be in resellable condition.

  • For hygiene reasons, used hats cannot be returned.

3. Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges can be made if the same product is in stock.

  • If not available, a refund will be processed.

4. Return Process

  • After we approve your request, you must ship the product to the provided address.

  • Once the product is received, it undergoes inspection.

  • Refunds are issued within 2–10 business days after approval.

5. Shipping Fees

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, shipping costs are covered by us.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

6. Damaged Items

  • If the package arrives damaged, you must ask the courier to prepare a damage report and refuse delivery.
